je hebt van die vakanties daar valt alles mee. De reis was goed boekje, filmpje, slaapje en ik was er. Wordt ik toch opgehaald door een man met een bordje erop fam Stap lekker decadent
Het huis was nog veel decadenter wat ik vooral prachtige vond was de grote sfeervolle veranda die prachtig uitzicht bied op dode zeearm waar het huis aan ligt. De ouder slaapkamer was zo mooi en ruim opgezet dat mijn vrouw daar de inspiratie heeft gevonden om thuis de badkamer te vervangen dat is dan wat minder. Het strand Sorbona laat zich het beste omschrijven als een bounty eiland. Ik heb niet gedoken maar wel gesnorkeld. Het is echt waar de kleurrijke vissen zijn overal en eten als je wat brood meeneemt echt uit je handen.

We spent our christmas holidays at the Waterlands resort. What a way to start 2010! The resort is brand new, so the house and its surroundings, such as the minibeach in front of the villa and the resort pool, are in very good shape. The house itself is very comfortable and is equipped with full inventory (e.g. dishwasher, towels, mosquito nets, blender, toaster, etcetera). The resort is beautifully located near the Plaza resort and the airport and Kralendijk is just a short drive away. The Waterlands resort is just a great place to fully enjoy your stay on Bonaire!

In december 2009 hebben we dit huis bezocht. Toen we aankwamen op het vliegveld stond de taxichauffeur al klaar. Na een korte rit kwamen we aan bij dit prachtige vakantiehuis. Alles is aanwezig in dit mooie nieuwe hvakantiehuis, zelfs Nederlandse tv en gratis draadloos internet. Van het vliegveld heb je nagenoeg geen last, er landt per dag maar 1 groot vliegtuig en door de wind hoor je die nauwlijks. Het dorp is op ongeveer 3 minuten rijden afstand. Vooral als er een cruiseschip in de haven ligt is het een erg gezellig dorpje. Meestal gingen we naar het strand bij het Plaza Resort. Een mooi strand waar je heel goed kan snorkelen. Ook het surfstrand in het zuiden van het eiland is echt een aanrader! Als we niet naar het strand gingen konden we ook heerlijk vertoeven bij het zwembad bij het huis.

Al met al een fantastische vakantie gehad in een heerlijk vakantiehuis dat van alle gemakken is voorzien!

In May 2009 we again have spent our vacation at the Waterlands Village Resort.
The resort is beautiful, well maintained and Indonesian styled and it has a nice swimming pool.
You can choose cottages at the waterfront or situated in the garden.
The houses are spacious and well equipped. The porch in front of the house is lovely and the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset with a cool drink in the pleasurable company of friends.
The Plaza resort is on a short walking distance where you can enjoy the facilities of a good restaurant and several beach bars.
Yes, you can walk through Plaza Resort to the center of Kralendijk. You´ll find there a remarkable choice of good restaurants.
We were lazy this time and have spent most of the time in the swimming pool, on the beach or snorkeling. The underwater world is really breathtaking. Bonaire is a real ´divers paradise´.
If you´re lucky you can dive or swim with the friendly dolphins which have their habitat around Bonaire.

On our 14th trip to Bonaire we stayed at the new waterlands village. It is just an awesome place. The swimming pool has a really cool water falls that comes on during happy hour time at the swim up bar. Bring your own !!! There is no bartender. We went scuba diving every day and the dive sites are just a short truck ride away. You need a truck at any place that you stay at in Bonaire. The rooms are brand new and very spacious. Waterlands village is very quiet and peaceful - the airport is just a short walk away but the noise from the planes is not a problem. It is a gated community so you feel very safe.
