The villa

The villa is situated at the shores of the laguna and has an open water connection to the caribbean sea.

In front of the house you have a minibeach and a small jetty.

The villa has a large porch ( 36 feet !) where you relax and enjoy life.

Interior:

The house has three bedrooms. The thirth bedroom is a little smaller and has a sofabed but can be used by two persons. The second bedroom also has a TV set and an entry to the porch.

The use of bedlinen and  towels is included in the rent. There is a hairblower and a small safe for your valuables.

The masterbedroom has its own bathroom with rainshower. The two other rooms share a bathroom with rainshower. ALL ROOMS ARE FULLY AIRCONDITIONED !

Except for the large opening folding doors to the porch, all windows and doors have (removable) musquitoscreens, so - if you prefer - all windows and doors can stay open, let the wind blow through the house and let the bugs stay outside!

The kitchen is fully equipped in american style with everything you will need.: side by side fridge with icemaker, dishwasher, coffeemachine , blender, toaster etc. etc.

The living room has a flatscreen TV with dvd/ cd player and a surround sound 5.1 system.
